Talent Agent
How the Talent Agent automates clearance workflows.
What It Does
The Talent Agent is a Platform Agent that automates talent clearance workflows inside CR Talent.
It is trained on NILP® profile data, approved usage terms, and brand deal parameters. It performs three functions:
- Verifies permissions. Checks the talent's NILP® profile against the requested usage format before production begins.
- Routes approvals. Sends approval requests to the right stakeholders (talent, management, legal, brand) based on the campaign configuration.
- Flags violations. Detects any usage that falls outside the agreed terms and blocks the asset from moving forward.
How It Runs
The Talent Agent runs in the background automatically when talent is assigned to a campaign. You do not need to invoke it manually. It does not count toward your governed agent limit.
What It Logs
Every Talent Agent execution is logged in CR Base. The log includes what was checked, which NILP® profile was referenced, what the result was, and what action was taken. These logs are stored in the evidence vault as immutable records.
See Platform Agents for more details on how Platform Agents work.
