CR Talent Overview

How talent identity, clearance, and payout work inside Creation Rights.

What Is CR Talent?

CR Talent is the talent layer inside the Creation Rights platform. It handles identity, likeness, clearance, usage tracking, approvals, and payout visibility for anyone appearing in a campaign.

This includes creators, influencers, celebrities, managed talent, voice talent, and digital or avatar-based personas. Every talent type follows the same registration, clearance, and commercial workflow regardless of whether the output is live action, AI generated, augmented, or avatar based.

CR Talent connects directly to CR Studio and CR Base. When a campaign runs in Studio, the talent clearance and approval data flows through Talent. When an asset ships, the provenance record in Base includes who appeared, what was cleared, and what terms applied.

Who CR Talent Is For

Creators. Content creators and professional talent managing their own NILP® profile, approvals, and commercial participation across campaigns.

Influencers. Social and digital talent controlling how their name, image, and likeness are used across brand activations and sponsored content.

Celebrities. High-profile talent with management teams, complex deal structures, and premium commercial workflows requiring expanded control.

Managed talent. Athletes, models, and marquee talent represented by agents, managers, or legal teams who route decisions through structured approval chains.

Voice talent. Voice actors, narrators, and audio talent managing how their voice is used across campaigns, AI generated audio, and synthetic voice applications.

Digital and avatar talent. AI generated personas, augmented likenesses, and avatar-based talent with the same registration, clearance, and usage controls as real people.

Registration Paths

There are two ways talent enters the system:

Self registration. Talent creates their own NILP® profile, sets usage preferences, defines availability, and surfaces for campaign opportunities directly.

Company invite. A brand, agency, or management team invites talent into a specific campaign workflow. The talent receives an invite, reviews terms, and enters the campaign through a structured onboarding path.

Both paths result in a complete NILP® profile connected to the campaign system.

How CR Talent Connects to Studio and Base

CR Talent is not a standalone product. It connects to both CR Studio and CR Base.

Studio. When a campaign runs in Studio, talent clearance and approval data flows through Talent. Campaign briefs reference talent requirements. Approval workflows include talent signoff. Delivery records include who appeared and what was cleared.

Base. Every clearance, approval, and payout record is stored in CR Base with full provenance. The evidence vault holds immutable records of consent, signed agreements, and chain-of-custody documentation. This data is auditable and exportable for legal, insurance, and compliance purposes.
