What Is the Evidence Vault?
The evidence vault is S3 Object Lock storage in Compliance Mode. It stores immutable records that cannot be modified or deleted during the retention period you set.
What Is Stored
- Agent execution logs (prompts, inputs, outputs, reasoning steps)
- Talent clearance and consent records
- NILP® profile snapshots at the time of clearance
- Signed agreements and approval documentation
- Rights chain-of-custody artifacts
- Compliance check results

Overage storage is billed at $2.00/GB/month.
Retention
You set the retention period when records are written. During the retention period, records cannot be modified or deleted by anyone, including administrators. After the retention period expires, records can be archived or deleted according to your organization's policy.
Why It Matters
The evidence vault exists for campaigns where you need to prove what was cleared, when, by whom, and under what terms. This includes talent and NILP® records, rights clearances, regulated creative workflows, and any campaign subject to legal or insurance review.
