Knowledge Systems

How the evolving memory layer works.

What Is Stored

CR Base builds an evolving memory layer across campaigns, assets, decisions, and workflow history.

  • Brand rules and style guidelines stored as queryable knowledge
  • Campaign history with outcomes and performance context
  • Compliance decisions and precedents
  • NILP® clearance history and talent usage patterns
  • Organizational knowledge that surfaces the right context at the right time

How Agents Use Knowledge Systems

Knowledge systems feed directly into agent queries.

When a Brand Voice Agent checks copy against your style guide, it queries the knowledge system. When a Compliance Agent reviews an asset, it pulls the relevant rules from the knowledge system. When a Talent Agent verifies a NILP® profile, it references past clearance decisions for that talent.

The more campaigns run through the system, the more context agents have to work with. Knowledge compounds.

Knowledge vs Metadata

Metadata is attached to individual objects (assets, projects, talent records). Knowledge is the organizational layer that sits across all objects. Metadata tells you what a single asset is. Knowledge tells you how it relates to everything else.
